Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how Vander International Services (“VIS”, “we”) collects and uses personal data through vander-vis.com and our advisory and training services. We handle personal data in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and, for individuals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Who we are
Vander International Services, Egypt. Contact for privacy matters: info@vander-vis.com.
What we collect
- Details you send through our forms, including brochure requests: name, email, phone number, organisation, job title and your message.
- For free toolkit downloads: name, company, job title, business email, country, preferred language, your answers to the optional questions, the date and time of your consent, and the campaign link you arrived from.
- For training participants: name, organisation, course attended, assessment result and certificate details.
- Basic technical data such as browser type, IP address and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals; to deliver and administer training; to issue certificates and let third parties verify them; to send the toolkit you requested; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. When you download a free toolkit, we email you the download links and, because you agreed when you requested it, occasional practical emails from VIS. You can stop these at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or writing to info@vander-vis.com. We do not sell personal data.
Certificate verification
When someone enters a valid certificate ID on our Verify page, we show the holder’s name, the course, the issue and expiry dates, training hours and whether the certificate is valid. Participants are told about this when they register. Only a person who already has the certificate ID can see these details.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who host our website, deliver our emails and protect the site from spam, under confidentiality obligations.
- For clients in Saudi Arabia: our Saudi partner company, which contracts and invoices services in the Kingdom, only as needed to deliver the service you request.
- Certification bodies, only where you ask us to share information with them, for example to support your certification audit.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside Egypt or Saudi Arabia. Where this happens, we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards and transfer only what is needed.
Cookies and spam protection
We use only the cookies needed for the site to work and to protect our forms. Our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is submitting them. [If you add website analytics, describe it here before enabling it.]
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and toolkit download records: up to 24 months after our last contact, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is sooner.
- Training and certificate records: for as long as the certificate can be verified, so employers can rely on it.
- Records we must keep by law, such as invoices: for the period the law requires.
How we protect it
Toolkit files are delivered only through private links that expire. Access to personal data is limited to people who need it to do their work, and admin accounts are protected with two-factor login.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Write to info@vander-vis.com and we will respond within the period the law requires.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
